Fitsblink lets you run an arbitrary external program which
will, hopefully, load the documentation. This program will be
typically a WWW browser or some other X Windows program for displaying
documents. The Settings item from the Astrometry
menu will let you specify the browser name and path to the
documentation file. You run the program by opening the Help
menu and selecting the Manual item.
